About the event
After School Art Club is a child-led process art club with a bit of sensory mixed in too. Artists will explore different art and sensory offerings at their own pace, freely choosing which stations to engage in. Each artist will have the opportunity to create a unique piece of process art (the focus is on the experience of creating versus the end result) with materials presented as an "art bar" (basically think a salad bar but with art materials!). Collaborative art projects may also be presented to artists. Self-expression, creativity and choices are celebrated. Please wear clothes that are okay to get messy!
